Ocho Rios, Jamaica

Ocho Rios is a town on the northern coast of Jamaica, within the parish of Saint Ann. It is believed to be the first site that Christopher Columbus set foot in Jamaica. The name means “eight rivers” in Spanish, an incorrect description since there aren’t eight rivers in the area.
